Inspection quality standard for screw pump shafts

Using the screw thread top as a reference, inspect the wear condition of the shaft neck and screw surface. There must be no scratches, and the screw surface roughness must not be less than 1.6. The surface roughness of the thread top must not be less than 0.8. The ellipticity of the shaft neck must not exceed 1/2000 of the diameter.
The dimensions of the screw shaft are critical when inspecting a screw pump.
(1) Using the screw tooth top as a reference, check the wear of the journal and screw surface. There must be no scratches, and the screw roughness must not be less than 1.6. The surface roughness of the tooth top must not be less than 0.8. The ovality of the journal must not exceed 1/2000 of the diameter.
(2) The clearance between the outer diameter of the screw tooth top and the casing is 0.14~0.33mm.
(3) When the screws are engaged, the clearance between the tooth top and the tooth root is 0.14~0.33mm, and the lateral clearance of the normal section is 0.12~0.25mm.
Pump Body
(1) The surface roughness of the inner surface of the screw pump body must not be less than 1.6.
(2) The mating surfaces and sealing surfaces of the pump body and intermediate body bearing seats must be free of obvious scratches, and the roughness must not be less than 3.2. Do not force during installation
